Questions

Helpful answers before you visit.

If you need a quick overview before reaching out, these are the questions we hear most often from new and returning clients.

Is the design help really free?

Yes. Our design team — Glenn, Buffy and Teresa — will help you pick out fabric and furniture, or plan an entire home makeover, at no charge. Bring photos, measurements, or just an idea of the room you have in mind.

Do you deliver, and is there a charge?

Local delivery is free and full service throughout Central Washington. Ask us about scheduling for your address before you finalise a purchase and we will walk you through lead times and what to expect on the day.

Can I order a sofa in my own fabric?

Yes. Our Biltwell ‘custom bilt’ series is Pacific Northwest handcrafted furniture built in ten steps — you choose the frame, size, arm style, cushion configuration, seat cushion, back pillow, base, leg and fabric. There are hundreds of fabrics and leathers on the floor, and many of our other collections offer custom options too.

Where exactly are you?

Five miles west of Wenatchee on Highway 2 at mile marker 115, where Highway 2 meets Easy Street in Monitor. The address is 2915 Easy Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801 — closer than you think.

What are your showroom hours?

Monday through Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you offer financing?

We offer convenient credit on approved credit through a Wells Fargo credit card. You can apply in the showroom, and our team will go over the current promotional offer with you before you decide.
